Terms & Conditions

1. This offer entitles you to a daily rate starting from €15.99 for the duration of your vehicle rental reservation. Reservation must be a minimum two days and a maximum of four days and must include overnight on a Saturday (Rental Period).
2. Total charges include unlimited mileage within Ireland, damage waiver (including theft protection), third-party liability, road fund licence and VAT.
3. This offer is available at all Enterprise Rent-A-Car locations in Ireland excluding airport locations, Dublin City Centre & Letterkenny. 
4. For certain locations, rates of less than €15.99 per day may be available. To see if a lower rate is available, go to the main reservation path on the www.enterprise.ie home page, or contact the location in question directly, before visiting your local branch or making your booking.
5. This offer is valid for all reservations completed on or before 15 March 2020.
6. This offer applies to Class A cars (Ford Ka or similar).
7. In the UK and Ireland, all drivers must be aged 25 years or older. Drivers aged 25 to 29 years may rent an A to F class vehicle, mini MPV or any van. For all other vehicle classes, drivers must be aged 30 years or older. Other age restrictions and young driver fees may apply by rental country, see website at www.enterprise.ie for full details.
8. Unless otherwise specified, this offer does not apply to any additional charges including optional excess waiver, one way hire charges, fuel charges, additional driver and young driver charges, hire of additional items including but not limited to child seats, snow chains, roof racks and navigation guides.
9. Pick-up and drop-off service is subject to geographical restrictions. Contact your rental branch for more details.
10. You have the right to cancel the reservation at any time up to the commencement of the Rental Period. Failure to cancel or failure to attend at the agreed pick-up time for the reservation may result in the full cost of the rental being applied.
11. This offer is subject to vehicle availability and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discounted rate, previous or existing reservations.
12. This offer and these terms and conditions are additional to, and do not replace any terms of the agreement in relation to your rental, which contains important provisions relating to the hire of any vehicle and which shall continue to apply in full for the rental.
13. This offer and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of this offer and these terms and conditions in the English courts. If you are resident in the European Union you can bring legal proceedings in respect of this offer and these terms and conditions in either the English courts or the courts of the European Union member state in which you are resident.
14. As a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these terms and conditions, including the paragraph above, affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
